Welcome to Paladin Exotics LLC. By accessing and using our website (www.rentpaladin.com) or engaging with our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before making a reservation.
1. General Terms
1.1 Acceptance of Terms
By booking a rental vehicle or using any service provided by Paladin Exotics LLC, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility & Rental Requirements
2.1 Age Requirement
• Renters must be at least 21 years old. Exceptions may be granted at our discretion, subject to an Under 25 Fee and additional insurance verification.
2.2 Driver’s License & Identification
• A valid U.S. driver’s license (or an international equivalent with passport verification) is required at the time of rental.
• Expired, restricted, or provisional licenses are not accepted.
2.3 Insurance & Liability
• Renters must provide proof of full-coverage insurance or opt for our Loss of Use Protection plan (available at an additional fee).
• In the event of damage, loss, or theft, the renter is fully responsible unless they have opted for additional coverage.
3. Booking & Payment Terms
3.1 Reservations & Deposits
• A credit card on file is required.
• Full payment must be made at the time of booking.
3.2 Accepted Payment Methods
• We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and bank transfers.
• No cash or debit cards are accepted for deposits.
3.3 Cancellation Policy
• 24+ hours before rental: Store Credit for future rentals.
• Less than 24 hours before rental: No refund.
3.4 Late Fees & No-Show Policy
• If a vehicle is returned late, a fee based on the prorated rate of the rented vehicle will be charged.
• If a renter does not arrive within 1 hour of their scheduled pick-up, the booking is considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
4. Vehicle Use & Restrictions
4.1 Permitted Usage
• Vehicles may only be used for personal leisure or business travel.
• The renter must be the sole driver unless an additional driver is listed in the rental agreement.
4.2 Prohibited Uses
• Off-road driving, racing, drifting, burnouts, or track use is strictly prohibited.
• Towing, transporting hazardous materials, or any illegal activities are not permitted.
• Vehicles may not leave Washington State without prior written approval.
4.3 Smoking & Pet Policy
• Smoking of any kind inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Violations result in a $1000 cleaning fee.
• Pets are not allowed in the vehicles unless pre-approved and subject to a cleaning fee.
5. Damage, Accidents & Liability
5.1 Vehicle Inspection
• Renters must inspect the vehicle before departure and report any existing damage.
• Any unreported damage found upon return will be charged to the renter.
5.2 Accidents & Emergencies
• In case of an accident, renters must report the incident immediately to Paladin Exotics and file a police report.
• Renters are responsible for towing costs, damages, and repairs unless covered by their insurance or our Loss of Use Protection.
6. Privacy Policy & Data Protection
6.1 Data Collection
• We collect personal data such as name, contact details, and payment information solely for booking and service-related purposes. We may use your information for email and phone marketing and communications.
6.2 GPS Tracking & Security
• All vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking for security purposes. Renters acknowledge that vehicle movements may be monitored.
• Tampering with GPS tracking devices is a violation and will result in additional fees and potential legal action.
7. Dispute Resolution & Legal Compliance
7.1 Governing Law
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, and any disputes shall be resolved in King County courts.
7.2 Limitation of Liability
• Paladin Exotics LLC is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or incidental expenses related to a vehicle’s unavailability or malfunction.
7.3 Modifications & Updates
• We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
